Social inheritance

In the area of social inheritance, AKF conducts research into, among other things:

• Children's family backgrounds and benefits from schooling
• Conditions for upbringing and initiatives geared towards children with special problems, including placement outside the home
• Connection between social background and young people without an education after basic schooling
• Connection between social background and participation in adult and continuing education
• Marginalisation from the labour market and society, viewed in the light of social background
