Ulf Hjelmar

Ulf Hjelmar specialises in evaluation and quality development within the public sector. He has performed a large number of such evaluations, including evaluations of citizen satisfaction with public services, and evaluations of the effects of investments in care of the elderly, the environment and health care. Over the past 15 years, Ulf Hjelmar has published the results of his research in a number of international scientific periodicals and monographs.
